During the manufacturing process, its general tolerance level is maintained at ±0.05mm. The magnet itself has a high corrosion resistance to environmental influences. It can be magnetized into multi-pole complex patterns that sintered magnets cannot.

The bonded ring NdFeb magnets are made of strong Nd-Fe-B material mixed into an epoxy binder. It is typically 97 vol% magnet material with 3 vol% epoxy resin. Its manufacturing process involves mixing Nd-Fe-B powder with an epoxy binder, then compressing the mixture in a press and curing the part in an oven.
